Donald Moynihan is Professor of Public Affairs at the La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research examines public sector reforms and performance. His book, The Dynamics of Performance Management: Constructing Information and Reform has won best book awards from the Academy of Management and the American Political Science Association. He serves as the co-editor for the journals Public Administration Review and Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. He is a NAPA Fellow.
